Valerie Henne-Hallman, human resources strategic partner for Penn State Berks, Penn State Lehigh Valley and Penn State Schuylkill, is the recipient of the 2019 Ray T. Fortunato Award for Excellence in Human Resources for her contributions to human resources at Penn State.

Rod Heisey began teaching biology at Penn State Schuylkill in 1990. This May, he acted as campus marshal in his last commencement ceremony and bid farewell to his final students. After nearly 30 years of service, Heisey has retired. Now, he looks forward to tending his land in Lancaster County and traveling the world.
