The list below outlines courses and certification programs regularly offered by Penn State Schuylkill's Community Engagement office. Please note that not all professional development courses and certifications are currently scheduled, but may be in the future.
ASCM®, the Association for Supply Chain Management (formerly APICS®), is the global leader and premier source of leading-edge knowledge in operations and supply chain management. Penn State Schuylkill offers these supply chain management professionals opportunities to prepare for ASCM® certifications including Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM®), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP®), and Certified Logistics Transportation and Distribution (CLTD®).
We proudly offer this certification program in partnership with Prosci. This program is an interactive, three-day learning experience where participants gain the knowledge, skills and tools to drive successful change initiatives. During the program, participants apply Prosci’s holistic change management methodology to a current project. By the end of the program, participants have the foundation of a Change Management Plan to address and enhance a specific project. This program is available in both in-person and virtual instructor-led formats.

The Pennsylvania State University College of Nursing RN to B.S.N. program is delivered entirely at Penn State Schuylkill. Following completion of an associate degree or diploma program, such as the RN diploma program at The Joseph F. McCloskey School of Nursing at Schuylkill Health, graduates are eligible to take the Nursing Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN). After you have successfully passed the NCLEX-RN examination (or if you are already a registered nurse), you are an ideal candidate for this program.
This is a course for individuals who interact with Spanish-speaking employees in the workplace and are seeking basic conversational Spanish skills for use in their day-to-day communications.
