Dr. Anthony Leach, Associate Professor of Music and Music Education and 2009-2010 Laureate for Penn State University, will perform at Penn State Schuylkill Campus on Saturday, January 23, 2010. Dr. Leach will perform a concert, along with the Essence of Joy Choir, in the John E. Morgan Auditorium at 7:30 PM.

Over 100 Housing and Food Services employees from seven eastern commonwealth campuses met at Penn State Schuylkill for technical service training. The regional daylong event was an effort to provide training for employees while exercising cost saving initiatives.
Event speakers included Schuylkill chancellor Keith Hillkirk, Auxiliary and Business Services (A&BS) safety/workers' compensation manager Ed Dobo, A&BS human resources director Jennifer Wilkes, Food Services executive chef Mark Kowalski and several more.
Penn State Schuylkill Choir Director, Chris Evans, and the Penn State Schuylkill Choir will be performing a Holiday ConcertÂ on Monday evening, December 7, at 7:30 p.m. in the Penn State Schuylkill Campus John E. Morgan Auditorium in the Student/Community Center.
All Penn State Schuylkill faculty, staff and students are invited to attend.Â The concert is open to the public as well.Â Â
Penn State Schuylkill will be holding Fall 2009 graduation on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. in the John E. Morgan Auditorium.Â Dr. W. Terrell Jones, Ed.D., Vice Provost for Educational Equity will be the keynote speaker.
On Wednesday, October 28th, the Adult Student Organization sponsored a Safe Trick or Treat Night on campus for children of Penn State Schuylkill students, faculty & staff as well as the children from the campus community.Â The event was very successful with over 300 children attending thisÂ event.

Choirs from six Penn State campuses will "Raise the Song!" in a free public concert Oct. 28 at the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts in Harrisburg.
