Well-Track
WellTrack is an online therapy platform for managing anxiety and depression. It can be used as a self-help tool or in conjunction with counseling. WellTrack is HIPPA-compliant, easy to use, mobile friendly, and is free to all Penn State students. WellTrack includes self-assessment and structured modules for managing anxiety and depression that provide tools and resources to deal with these issues. Examples include guided relaxation exercises, mood-checks, and managing specific phobias (including public speaking).
