Penn State Schuylkill's peer tutors work one-on-one with their fellow students to provide academic support in any program major or class. Many students are already familiar with their peer tutors because they're students themselves, and they know what it takes to ace that test or solve a challenging problem. Tutoring appointments are available online via Zoom and in person, and you can book an appointment through Starfish. Remember to come prepared for your appointment so you and your tutor can make the most of your time together.
Working with a peer tutor will help you:
- become more motivated and self-directed
- learn effective study strategies
- be prepared to get the most out of your classes
- clarify concepts from class
When you need academic support, our peer tutors are ready to help.
