What is the difference between the financial aid office, the bursar, and the registrar?
- The financial aid office assists you and your family by providing information on ways to pay for your education.
- The bursar is the person who is responsible for the collection of tuition and housing payments.
- The registrar is the administrator responsible for maintaining student records and assisting students with requests such as registering for classes or obtaining transcripts. They also schedule classes for the institution and keep permanent records of course grades and class lists.
