The disciplinary system is a means of implementing adjudication procedures for students alleged to be in violation of the University Code of Conduct, a set of standards which governs the behaviors of all members of the University community.
Students who engage in behavior that violates the Student Code of Conduct and/or the terms, conditions and regulations of their Housing Contract will be required to work with the office of Judicial Affairs and/or the staff of Residence Life to resolve the issue.
The director of Student Affairs represents the Office of Judicial Affairs at Penn State Schuylkill and works with the assistant director of Student Affairs to oversee the administration of Community Standards within the Nittany Apartments.
