A change contract is an agreement signed by the program attendee, and supervisor stating that the registrant will take the information gained during the classes and incorporate it into their work day. Jamie will follow up with emails to assure the “changes” have been implemented and to answer any questions the participant may have. This value-added follow up is an opportunity for registrants to consult with Jamie and share with their supervisor how the program has successfully improved their on-the-job skills.
