Alyse Mitten founded Interlace Communications in 1995 and has spent three decades helping organizations communicate clearly, work efficiently, and adapt to change. Her experience spans website design, commercial printing, social media, email marketing, and AI consulting.
Today, Alyse focuses on helping professionals understand how to use AI in practical, responsible ways. As a Certified AI Consultant, she helps organizations adopt AI ethically and effectively. She shows leaders how tools like ChatGPT and automation can save time, support decision-making, and improve everyday work without the hype to build practical strategies that make AI approachable, human-centered, and useful in the workplace.
Her book, AI Resistance, explores how to adopt AI with ethics, clarity, and confidence. Alyse brings a grounded, real-world perspective to the Responsible AI conversation, emphasizing thoughtful implementation and practical workplace impact.
