Peter Geisselbrecht, professor of music at the Justus Liebig University (JLU) in Giessen, Germany, will be on campus Oct. 3-6 as part of an annual exchange program between JLU and Penn State Schuylkill. Through this program, Geisselbrecht has been invited to present guest lectures at campus music classes. He will also be performing a free recital on Oct. 5.

Penn State Schuylkill has launched the Penn State Homework Hotline, a free tutoring service to students in participating local school districts. Students in grades six to 12 with questions about math homework or concepts can call and speak to a college student who is trained to tutor math and has acquired all of the required clearances to work with children.
