At the Intersection of Academics and Employment
Penn State Schuylkill Co-Op is a partnership with employers dedicated to bringing the classroom and workplace together in some of the most sought-after areas.
This win-win collaboration helps students gain a real-world education while employers build a talent pipeline and a robust regional workforce.
Across the full four years of their undergraduate experience, students learn through integrating rigorous coursework with three full-time work experiences, and relevant career development training. Employers benefit because co-op students are not just prepared for the workplace, they’ve been there. They graduate with both a diploma and a resume!
