Across the full four years of their undergraduate experience, students learn through integrating rigorous coursework with three full-time work experiences, and relevant career development training. Employers benefit because co-op students are not just prepared for the workplace, they’ve been there. They graduate with both a diploma and a resume!
The Consortium of Co-Op Employers consists of companies that partner with Penn State Schuylkill to offer internship and co-op experiences and give valuable feedback on student preparation. Penn State Schuylkill provides employers with a single point of contact and assistance with posting positions and recruiting and managing students during their internship and co-op experiences.
