Janelle L.H. Gruber is a lecturer and program coordinator of Corporate Communication at Penn State Schuylkill. Ms. Gruber teaches courses in variety of communication subjects including corporate communication, public speaking, communication research, small group communication, mass media, and external communication.
Ms. Gruber serves as an academic adviser for all campus Corporate Communication majors and as a co-adviser for the campus chapter of Lambda Pi Eta, the official honor society of the National Communication Association.
Before starting as a faculty member at Penn State Schuylkill, Ms. Gruber, spent ten years working in higher education as admissions recruiter and administrator. In this time, she gained valuable field experience that she now brings to the classroom in topics such as: public speaking, organizational communication, internal communication, external communication, small group communication, and management.
