Peter Geisselbrecht, professor of music at the Justus Liebig University (JLU) in Giessen, Germany, will be on campus Oct. 3-6 as part of an annual exchange program between JLU and Penn State Schuylkill. Through this program, Geisselbrecht has been invited to present guest lectures at campus music classes. He will also be performing a free recital on Oct. 5.
A new initiative this year is the program series, WHAM, which stands for We Have Academic Momentum. The goal of the program is to address a significant subset of students each month and the particular challenges that they face.
