SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, Pa. — Penn State Schuylkill’s Art Space will host the Allied Artists of Schuylkill County Member Exhibit from Jan. 13 to Feb. 21. This vibrant exhibition will feature works from 28 local artists, showcasing a variety of styles and mediums that reflect the rich artistic talent of the region.
The Allied Artists of Schuylkill County, established in 1962, continues its mission to promote and celebrate the fine arts in Schuylkill County. For over six decades the organization has encouraged the study and appreciation of art, fostered creativity and provided members with opportunities to share their passion.
The exhibit will be open Mondays through Fridays from noon to 4 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public, offering a chance for the community to engage with the creativity and artistry of local talent.
A special artist reception and gallery talk will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 21, from 5 to 7 p.m., giving visitors the opportunity to meet the artists, learn about their inspirations and discuss their work in an intimate setting. This free event offers art enthusiasts and community members a unique experience to connect with the vibrant art scene of Schuylkill County.
