Salih Can receives award from NEACJS

Salih Can, assistant professor of public affairs at Penn State Schuylkill, has received The Emerging Scholar Award from The Northeastern Association of Criminal Justice Sciences (NEACJS), the second largest criminal justice association in North America. The NEACJS has members in the following states and provinces: Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Brunswick, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Pennsylvania, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Rhode Island, and Vermont.  The association bestows four prestigious awards every year. The Emerging Scholar Award is presented annually to a member of NEACJS for an outstanding scholarly contribution to the advancement of criminal justice within the first five years of his/her career.
