Today we dedicated the newly renovated biology teaching lab, the Cotler Life Science Lab. In a ribbon cutting ceremony that was attended by Steve and Marjorie Cotler, Penn State Schuylkill Advisory Board members, elected officials, and campus faculty and staff, everyone enjoyed a presentation by Dr. Rod Heisey, Professor of Biology, took a tour of the facility, and enjoyed a celebratory cake. This new state of the art laboratory includes the latest technology, furniture, and equipment. These efforts are consistent with the campus' focus to advance in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
