Penn State Schuylkill will be offering women's soccer beginning in the fall 2015 semester. Students will compete against four other Penn State campuses in the Penn State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC), Mont Alto, Brandywine, Beaver, and New Kensington, as well as other local small colleges.
This addition brings the total number of varsity sports offered at Penn State Schuylkill to ten, including: men's basketball and cross country, golf, baseball, and soccer, and women's basketball, cross country, softball, and volleyball.
There will be an immediate search for a head coach, and recruitment efforts for student athletes will begin during the 2014-15 academic year. The job announcement will be available in the near future at www.ohr.psu.edu.
