Senior Women's Softball player breaks record

On April 28, Penn State Schuylkill senior softball player, Jena Leffler, was named Penn State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) Student-Athlete of the Week. Leffler hit .412 (7-17) with three doubles and five RBI's. She also scored ten runs, drew five walks, and stole two bases.

Leffler, a shortstop, became Penn State Schuylkill's All-time hits leader with 103 hits on April 26, 2015 versus Valley Forge University, breaking the record formerly held by Jessica Klotunowitch in 2008.

She is a 2011 graduate of Pine Grove Area High School, Pine Grove, Pennsylvania.
