Biography
Stephanie Wood serves on Penn State Schuylkill's campus cabinet as its financial officer, a position she has held since 2008.
Wood is Schuylkill County native, hailing from Pottsville, Pennsylvania. She earned her bachelor of science in accounting from Penn State Smeal College of Business in 1986, beginning her college career at Penn State Schuylkill.
After earning her degree, Wood worked in public accounting for Jones & Company, P.C., and later served as the financial manager for Schuylkill County Action. For more than a decade, Wood served as business manager for Schuylkill Intermedia Unit 29, located in Mar-Lin, Pa. She has been at Penn State Schuylkill since.
Wood is active in her community and is a lifelong member of St. Patrick Church in Pottsville, where she serves as an Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist.
