Bryan started his career in Student Affairs in 1996 at the University of Pittsburgh Greensburg in the Office of Housing and Residence Life. Afterwards, he spent time at La Roche College in Pittsburgh overseeing their Housing and Residence Life department before taking on the role of Director of Student Life at the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown. In 2011, he moved to Florida where he worked as the Director of Housing and Residence Life at Ave Maria University. Bryan then transitioned into the role of Director of Student Life at the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee for a few years before leaving for the Dean of Students position at Beacon College. In 2015, he moved back to Pennsylvania to take the Director of Student Affairs job at Penn State Schuylkill.

Bryan’s passion outside of work is his involvement with Habitat for Humanity. He is a former board member and past president of Central Westmoreland Habitat for Humanity and member of Habitat for Humanity Pennsylvania. Since 2004, he has taken students from multiple colleges and universities to Florida each year during spring break to participate in the annual Habitat for Humanity Collegiate Challenge program. Bryan has also led student trips to Montreal, Portugal, and Poland to work with Habitat for Humanity affiliates in those countries. Currently he serves as the advisor to the Penn State Schuylkill and co-advisor to the Penn State University Park Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapters.
