Initial Registration Form
Non-Penn State students registering for the first time at Penn State, or have attended Penn State but are not currently enrolled, must complete, print, and sign an online form.
Please return the signed form to the Penn State Registrar's Office in-person or scan to [email protected].
To protect your privacy, do not include your social security number if you are scanning your form to our email address.
Submitting this form starts the multi-step registration process:
- Penn State will create or re-active (for returning students) your record in LionPATH
- You will receive two emails from Penn State, one asking you to create an account with a password. For more information, please visit Account Management.
- Sign in to LionPATH and complete the Pre-Registration Activity Guide under the To-Do List.
- Upon completion of the Pre-Registration Activity Guide, email [email protected] or call 570-385-6068 for help with course selection.
