Pennsylvania Sen. David Argall joined Penn State Schuylkill and the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition for the coalition's on-campus exhibit opening of "67 Women, 67 Counties: Facing Breast Cancer in Pennsylvania." Argall committed in his remarks to supporting legislation requiring insurance companies to cover mammograms for women with dense breast tissue.
Andrea Solinski, Penn State Schuylkill's lab supervisor, is credited with bringing the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition's 67 Women, 67 Counties: Facing Breast Cancer in Pennsylvania traveling photo exhibit to Penn State Schuylkill. Solinski is a breast cancer survivor and, at the exhibit opening, she shared her story.
