Penn State CTSI, Penn State Schuylkill, and Primary Health Network hosted the Schuylkill County Health Collaborative Community-Driven Research Day on May 31, 2024. The goal of this event was to provide a foundation for future community-engaged research partnerships, which will benefit the Schuylkill County community.
Attendees contributed ideas to the day's Social Engagement Mural titled "One Community Moving Forward: making meaningful connections to improve Schuylkill County health outcomes"
Dr. Jennifer Kraschnewski, Director of Penn State CTSI, delivered opening remarks which underscored the importance of collaboration in addressing the county's pressing health disparities.
