Penn State President-elect Neeli Bendapudi visited Penn State Schuylkill on April 4, 2022, as part of her listening and learning tour to meet with students, faculty, staff and community members at each Penn State campus.
Penn State Schuylkill hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new nursing suite in collaboration with the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce on Friday, Oct. 15. The event featured speakers from local hospital systems and other dignitaries, and concluded with tours of the new facility led by Lion Ambassadors and nursing students.
Penn State celebrated the accomplishments of graduates during its spring 2021 commencement ceremonies May 7 through May 9. This spring the University awarded approximately 14,400 diplomas to students University-wide who are completing associate, baccalaureate, master, law, doctoral and medical degrees. All figures listed are estimates as of April 5; totals do not include the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
