With my signature below I authorize the activation of a REFUND HOLD on my LIONPATH student account so that any financial aid funds, including federal aid funds, are held for payment of housing charges after tuition and other fees are paid in full.
The Pennsylvania State University is authorized to release financial aid funds directly from my student Bursar account, and upon request by the Schuylkill Campus Advisory Board, for payment of housing charges owed for the 2021-22 ACADEMIC YEAR. I understand that I will be responsible for payment of any housing charges over and above financial aid funds available. I understand that I may rescind my authorization at any time by contacting the Housing Office at (570) 385-6093 or by emailing [email protected].
