The iconic Administration Building is located just as you walk onto campus. On the ground floor, at the front of the building, are the offices for the director of Academic Affairs and the director of Business Services. Also on the ground floor you will find our campus Police and the Food Services. On the second floor is the newly renovated Admissions suite for hosting prospective students and their families. There are also faculty offices and classrooms throughout the rest of the building.

The Business Services Building accommodates the campus Bursar and Finance offices on the top floor, and on the ground floor you will find the campus Registrar, Financial Aid, and Veteran's services.

The Ciletti Memorial Library is located at the far end of campus. It contains over forty thousand volumes and provides access to hundreds of databases and thousands of online magazines and journals through the Penn State University Libraries system. Private study rooms and a computer lab are available to all users, and librarians are available to provide reference, instruction, and research assistance when classes are in session.

The Classroom Building houses the newly renovated Cotler Life Sciences Lab, classrooms, a music room, faculty offices and laboratories for biology, chemistry, and physics. The Sol and Julia Computer Center, featuring two teaching computer labs, and an open lab.

Just behind the main athletic field is the Health and Wellness Building. The lower level includes offices for the supervisor of Athletics, a gymnasium, fitness center, and a student lounge with a pool table, Foosball, ping pong, flat screen televisions, and a comfortable seating area. Upstairs is the Student Affairs suite for director of Student Affairs, student activities, career counseling, office of Disability Services and Personal Counseling, the Health Center, Housing manager, and director of Athletics. Tennis courts and two athletic fields are located on campus.

The Kiefer-Jones Building sits overlooking the campus on the hill above the Classroom Building. The building, acquired in 2012 from the local government by the campus advisory board, was completely renovated and now houses offices for the campus Chancellor, Alumni Relations, Continuing Education, Development, and University Relations.

On-campus housing is offered at Penn State Schuylkill. The Nittany Apartments are located right next to the campus. Each unit features a living room, bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. Laundry facilities are on-site, and a meal plan is available. Lighted basketball courts, a beach volleyball area, athletic fields and picnic facilities are next to the apartments. The office of Student Affairs provides residential students with a variety of co-curricular activities, including trips, health programming, movies, athletics, and cultural events.

The Student Community Center houses the Hidden Stream Cafe that includes an area with large flat screen televisions and a comfortable seating area, the John E. Morgan Auditorium, the Penn State Bookstore, and a lobby with a lounge area.
