Stress Management and Meditation through Gentle Yoga

Join us for this enlightening and free yoga session! This program is part of the 2018 Wellness Series and is appropriate for people at all levels of yoga practice, including those with mobility issues. Bring your yoga mat or a towel.

Michele D’Agostino has been studying, practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for more than 25 years, focusing on hatha yoga with elements of Ayurvedic wisdom and philosophy. Currently, she owns and operates a registered yoga school and offers teacher training as well as continuing education for yoga teachers. She has been a faculty member at Penn State Schuylkill for the past 13 years.
