Available in the Student Community Center lobby over common hour (12:20 to 1:10 p.m.) once a month. Check your email, look at the digital screens, and keep your eyes peeled for fliers explaining what the fruit is and why it's good for you! September's fruit of the month is peaches.

This free event will address the facts about the disease of addiction, the signs of opioid abuse, and the resources available to victims and their loved ones.

67 Women, 67 Counties: Facing Breast Cancer in Pennsylvania (Traveling Photo Exhibit)

Penn State Schuylkill is hosting the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition's touching, traveling photo tribute, which showcases women from each of the state’s 67 counties and serves as a unique reminder of the emotional and physical toll breast cancer takes on each woman and her family. The exhibit encourages women to learn about and practice early detection through yearly mammograms, monthly breast self-exams, and annual clinical exams.

Carnival of Hope

Play games and win prizes while helping us raise money for the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition! Featuring a dunk tank (and your favorite faculty members), carnival games, a photo booth, prize raffles, and refreshments. All proceeds from games and raffles will benefit the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition. This event is sponsored by the Blue & White Society.

Mall Walk, Penn State Schuylkill
Enjoy a meditative walk and yoga, led by Michelle D’Agostino, instructor of Kinesiology. Participants will have the opportunity to purchase a luminary for a loved one affected by breast cancer. Proceeds from luminary purchases will benefit the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition.
