Ron Kelly has been teaching Criminal Justice courses at Penn State Schuylkill since 2006 after he received his master's degree from Penn State Harrisburg in 2005. He has extensive work experience in the juvenile justice system, mental health of juveniles, and The Federal Bureau of Prisons. Mr. Kelly brings the frontline experience into every course he teaches and engages his students to think critically about the criminal justice system.
