College 101 for Adults

College 101 for Adults

Starting college as an adult can be daunting.

So we're offering a FREE COLLEGE 101 for Adults.

At Penn State Schuylkill we want our adult students to feel comfortable with the thought of returning to the classroom.

College 101 is a three week, five session, workshop that combines the personal touch of a traditional classroom setting and the flexibility of online learning. It is held in a hybrid format, meaning you will only be in the classroom for part of the time. The other time is spent working on-your-own, online, through activities like discussion boards with your classmates and online quizzes.

The next session will begin May 2017. Just in time to get ready for summer 2017 classes!

On-campus meetings will be held
May 9, 11, 16, 18, and 23
6:00 p.m.

This FREE program gives you an opportunity to become acclimated to the resources and process of the campus the the University, while allowing you to get an overall sense of what it is like to be a college student...before you start taking actual classes.
